“Contrary to what a few others have posted, they are not out of business yet.<br>We had got our solar installed from GoldRush in July 2023 and exactly after a year of working fine, our system stopped working on beginning of August 2024. I was afraid that our inverter went bad as SolarEdge inverters are notorious for going bad.<br>I tried contacting Gold Rush on a Saturday morning but wasn't able to reach a customer support executive. Provided my number and waited for a call but no call back.<br>I tried again on Monday and no call back again. I checked the reviews and when I read comments about them going out of business, my heart skipped a beat. However, I tried again and yet didn't get through to a Customer Support Executive, gave my number and thought, I will probably have to call a third part to fix the issue.<br>However, to my surprise, Nathan from Customer Support called back 30 minutes later and mentioned that there was an isolation fault showing on my inverter. He scheduled a technician to visit us on coming Thursday. Robert was the technician who visited us on Thursday, went over the system, checked our roof and found that the junction box had some issues with wires melting. He fixed the junction box and our system was up and running within an hour. He also explained everything as he was troubleshooting.<br>They are not out of business but they have downsized which has put a lot of extra pressure on them.<br>Overall it was a decent experience with their Customer Support and technician but I will still deduct a star as my system was not producing any power for around a week.“

He provided a very fair proposal prior to starting work and explained how the entire process would go. We let him know we would be in and out around the thanksgiving holiday and he worked with our schedule very well. The replacement went smooth and he met the proposed scheduled perfectly. “Hello Everyone! So after multiple complications with our first roofer we hired and after being left hanging on our roof I had to find someone to complete my half done roof. We interviewed so many roofers and it was very unsettling as to trust a new roofer all over again. I collected about 4 estimates on getting my shingles put on and gutters after our first roofer just never returned to finish the job. After the 4 estimates we just didn't feel secure enough nor did we vibe with anyone in particular and the pricing was definitely up there after we had already put out money with the first roofer. Buuutttt FINALLY, my husband came across CODY and his crew. I was hesitant because his company had NO reviews, but after meeting him and discussing the price and contract I was beyond satisfied. Our roof was removed very efficiently by a crew of a dozen hard-working men. This two week project had a daily rhythm of starting work at sunrise and ending the day at sundown. There were no "days off". The crew was courteous and fastidious. Each day our outdoor area was cleaner than we ever see it. Ramiro promptly answered every one of our questions.
