The staff was AMAZING! My dad passed a few months ago, and his dog ended up getting neglected where she lived. Some good friends and I met here to give her a bath and buy her a few new things before she went for a trial stay at a new home. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had enough time with the bath, extra cookies, and everyone paid lots of attention to her. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience despite the bittersweet situation.

Great place to buy quality products for pets. I've been coming here for a couple of years now for my two cats and not only do they have amazing customer service and they're always super friendly, but the pricing is great with their buy four get one free deal and they're often having sales as well. It's never crowded, it's always super clean and there's always ample parking so it's just a win-win all around.

Just stopped by Pet Food Express after rescuing our new 1 year old dog Bandit! Tyler, and the rest of the staff were so very helpful and loving to our new boy. Tyler offered fantastic advice and suggestions on everything we needed. The checklist for new dog supplies as well as the flyers for dog training were much appreciated. Looking forward to visiting again soon!Great experience.
