I started treating with Dr. Suprai in October of 2023. Dr. Suprai and her staff are very professional and welcoming. Dr. Suprai really listens and empathizes with her patients. She is thorough with her examinations and makes sure to explain to her patients the injury itself as well as how she treats it. I went to Dr. Suprai during pregnancy for lower back pain but also explained to her that I have struggled with low back pain for years due to sports injuries. I am dealing with a left frozen shoulder now. I had a right frozen shoulder, 5 years ago. I went through physical therapy at another office, for about two months. I had no improvement and finally got relief when I had one Cortizone shot from another Doctor. I had a complete recovery in my right shoulder. For my left shoulder I had every intention of getting a Cortizone shot. until my wife and the CRYO LAB in EDH suggested NorCal Spine &Sport, with Doctor Kelly Chapman. I've attended 10 appointments in just over a month and I have at least 80% of my mobility back in my left shoulder. The pain is still there, but has decreased significantly.
