Impossible to get an appointment for anything, called in January for a dermatologist appt, next avail Sept.Called for my son who had pink eye, next available appt 4 days later- go to urgent care.Called for my daughter, nothing avail- go to urgent care. They literally never have appts within a reasonable timeframe. And always have to call you back because they are incapable to answering any questions when you call. Our insurance is 30k/ year, yet we can never even see a doctor. Dumb.

Horrible. This location has lost all their doctors. Takes 2-3 weeks to see one and 2 hours to be seen with an appointment. They used to be great and I really liked this location but it seems they are just as awful as Marshal Medical.

It takes forever to get what you need. Had to call back 5 times because they forgot to send me the link to my appointment. They do not care about their patients AT ALL. Told them I went to the emergency room for something and struggled to get the care I needed for it. Literally go anywhere else. You'd receive better care from a dog with a nurse hat on.
