We have used Ktech1 before and all with great results and service. In the last few days Dror fixed my sons computer without charge. I was very surprised at his generous gift of time. We are very happy with his service and will keep using him.

This is my first review. I believe in judging based on a bell shaped curve where 40% receive three stars, 20% 4 stars and 10% five stars. I am very critical but feel that the public should know how well KTech1 Computer Services conducts their business. It is pretty much a family business that believes in good service at a reasonable price. They don't advertise but gain business based on referrals. They were prompt in responding to my needs, got the work done in short order, did a good job and charged what was less than what I consider a fair price. I hope this review helps people select a good company for their computer needs.

I have a six year old Dell desktop computer that had issues starting. I tried fixing it myself, but the doggone thing just wouldn't start up. It's a backup of a backup computer, so it wasn't vital to get fixed right away, so it sat for a while in my office. I took it to Dror last week with the advice that I wasn't in a hurry for it to be fixed. But within hours, he had diagnosed the issues and my computer was back home, running like it was brand new the following day. Very fair pricing, expert in his craft and a heck of a nice guy, to boot. (Sorry for the pun!)
