This is in regards to the spa side of Insight- I would definitely recommend this groomer above any others in the area. I have been using them for over a year and travel an extra 30 minutes just to go here. I always have a good experience and they do a good job with grooming. When I brought my dog last time her nails were cut a bit to short but they were very attentive and the groomer personally reached out to discuss this matter which I felt was very professional and something that not many businesses do for their clients. Thanksgiving night we had a ER with my Uncles 5 lb puppy. We/She was treated so well 10+++++ Staff helped me as I couldn't remember my address or phone number. Such caring staff/Dr.'s helping us through nervous emergency. Best experience possible. Lily stayed a few nights & doing well now.
Brought my kitty in for labored breathing. They got her checked in and brought to the back very quickly. Unfortunately she had pleural effusion and not a good prognosis for a senior cat. I stopped further testing and chose to have her humanely euthanized and they were really excellent given the circumstances. I would use them again in the future without hesitation.
