We had service repair through our home warranty with Harris Plumbing. The phone operators were easy to chat with and kept us updated. The company sends you their GPS so you do have an idea when they are near & even then Randy, our technician, also kept us updated. Randy is great. Instead of selling a full water heater replacement, he determined the issue, ordered the parts, and came back in days fixing our water heater. I'm glad our home warranty covered his service, we ended up only needing to pay $85. I appreciate he was transparent about the issues & solution. He was friendly and respectful. I would definitely reach out to them again & request Randy with any future issues, home warranty covered or not. Thanks for your help!
I stumbled across this business after striking out with the other major box stores. I was looking for a simple price sister cartridge replace one in the kitchen.After driving across town to the other stores, I use Google and found this storefront.I walked in, and immediately upon entry, I was greeted by two kind of gentleman. One of them escorted me to where the part would be, and assisted in locating the item. Five minutes after walking into the store, I found the part I needed to make the repair at home.Both men mentioned this was their third week at this location , and I gave them my word.
