Michelle takes the time to actually listen to her clients and then educates you about what technique and products she is going to use to achieve the end result. I am typically terrified to try new things or products but Michelle made me feel like the health of my hair was her priority, rather than trying to up-sell a new product or service. I LOVE HER, love my hair and couldn’t recommend her any more highly!!!
