We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. Dave and his team at ESI met with us to understand the scope of the project, made recommendations and put a detailed project plan together. ESI Builders and Remodelers did an addition and kitchen remodel for our cabin in South Lake Tahoe. The ESI team did an outstanding job of working with me on the budget and completely the project along the timeline. Communication is so important in construction and the ESI team did a fantastic job of letting me know how the project was going and if there were any issues that might cause a delay. The workmanship was of the highest quality and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a builder. Thanks ESI I love the cabin and spend as much time there as possible
