“We first worked with ESI in 2014 to build our custom home in Rocklin on recommendation of several neighbors and from the seller of the lot. Then in 2023, as we decided on purchasing a resale home that needed a full remodel, we immediately called Dave again. “We hired Cascadian to design and execute our hardscape and landscape on a new build in EDH in 2023/24. It was a big project which included weather delays and working around and with our pool contractor. We love the design we came up with and the use of existing rock and dirt. As with any big project some hiccups arise but the crew stayed with it and completed our project as expected. We are enjoying our new digs.
