I didn't have a pleasant experince. In fact I felt as though I was not welcomed I was not greeted professinally and was screamed at all with in the first 2 moments of entering this facility

Hi All, I would never think that I can set my foot into a salon, especially skincare. But this salon had changed my mind. You will be in the hands of caring of the owner, whom is license from the board of skills and technique to take care of your beauty. The salon is fully equipped with latest technologies equipment. The warm caring of the owner will give you a stress free treatment for your beauty needs from the eyelash extensions or skin care treatments. I'm highly recommend to everyone that want to feel and look prettier. Timmy T.

Hi- I usually do not write reviews, because I usually give businesses the benefit of the doubt when I have bad experiences. I truly support small businesses so it is difficult for me to write this review. However, I wanted to note my experience because I think it is critical to point out situations that truly are unpleasant. I called the number listed and received a call back promptly which great customer service! However, after to telling her the eyelash style that I was looking to purchase she proceeded to ask me on the phone where I was located. When I told her the area I lived (which I was confused why she asked I thought she was making friendly conversation) she told me that we do not do "curly" lashes we only do straight lashes and I would need to send a picture. When I ended the call I thought to myself maybe she was level setting expectations regarding the results. But then I realized why would she need to know where I was located and then tell me that we don't do curly lashes. It really bothered me enough to write a review because I believe the circumstance surrounding this conversations was unappreciated. I politely called back because I wanted to know why she felt the need to ask where I was located but she denied that she asked me the question. I hope others read this review and realize that by no means am I attempting to hurt small businesses however I do think it is imperative to call out behavior that is unacceptable especially during a time when we need to more consciously aware and welcoming of all individuals.
