Applied for the dental assistant position through Craigslist the office manager the male I believe his name Omid bahrami was very rude ask me what email I sent my resume to on the Craigslist which was a stupid question to ask and told he couldn't find my resume after I explained that I email it he proceed to tell me to resend it because it probably went in the junk mail too damn lazy for him to go look in the junk file. He ask me what email I sent it to when I was confused wth he asking me this as Craigslist gives you one email to post and how would I remember the email I submitted my resume to? He then proceeds to tell me in a rude way "you must applied for too many jobs then" no shit! That's what you do when you are job hunting not my fault you too lazy to go look for my email with my resume. His lack of effort and horrible attitude and response speaks volume about this practice and I now just see why by going through all their yelp reviews shitty service because shitty management. Please DON'T APPLY OR DO NOT get TREATED HERE AS A PATIENT RED FLAGS for MALPRACTICE and PATIENT NEGLIGENCE. Trust when I say this as a dental assistant of 11 years. I immediately withdraw my interest as an applicant for the position. -Jerica.

Do not go here the dentist should be sued for malpractice. He takes advantage of patients by saying their problems are more severe, lies saying he accepts there insurance and then without the consent of the patient signed them up for dental loans to pay himself and uses fake emails and numbers for his patients. So he gets paid in full and the patient is stuck with the loan they didn’t need. It happened to my parents and I will be fighting him on their behalf.

Family Dental in El Cerrito, California had been my Dentistry for many years. I never checked my bill before but for some reason I checked it in January 2022. I went in on December 17, 2021 for them to repair a tooth that THEY had made a mistake on back in 2019. There was no more damage to the tooth and it wasn't bothering me except food was getting stuck between the tooth. So they put some filling in it and it was fine. When I received my bill after they repaired what THEY had done wrong, I saw that I was being charged an fee for a repair called restoration. There should not have been a charge AT ALL! I called them and asked about this and they told me that by it being the end of the year, I would be able to save money from next year's dental service and that and they repaired a filling. When I told them to explain and that I didn't understand how come they were charging me for this service that I didn't receive, they became so rude and disrespectful. Ahmad went as far to say that I had been disrespectful to his nurse practitioner, Bertha and that he was going to put her on the phone so that we can clear up the matter. But he didn't. What he did, he had her saying something in the background that I couldn't hear then he came back and said this is what she said. I repeatedly told him to put Bertha on the phone but he refused because he knew the truth would come out. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I ASK ANYONE WHO DOES, PLEASE CHECK YOUR BILLS WHEN YOU GO TO FAMILY DENTAL IN EL CERRITO. I will be filing a claim against them. It's not about the money (because my dental insurance did cover it) it is the principal, the rudeness and the disrespect that I received from them after so many years with them. SMDH
