Dr. Stolarczuk is a very good optometrist. From there the business goes quickly downhill. Poor front desk and service staff who in my opinion are not at all helpful and bordering on rude. I paid a lot of money for a pair of sunglasses after an eye exam and they provided very poor customer service. Now I guess I'll find out if this appt. will be kept or cancelled. I know the person answering the phone doesn't know I'm on a cane and over 70 but still I don't even know if she would care.
