Susan and her team helped me rehab after wrist surgery. She was patient, always encouraging, and knew exactly how to give me my mobility back. In prior experiences I used to dread going to PT, but not with Susan and team -- I always looked forward to her help keeping me on track and moving me forward. Sad to "graduate" but can't recommend highly enough. Thank you, Susan!
An absolute stellar experience at this facility. So so grateful my doctor sent me here after my wrist surgery. I have recovered in record time and am strangely sad to stop seeing my hand therapist! What a comforting, productive, special place. I have no pain and full mobility. Come here!!!!
I was referred by my surgeon to this place, and he said he did know her work. So I was a bit hesitant. However, I felt welcomed by the all team. The front desk was nice and made it easy to make an appointment. They accommodated my temporary inability to go up the stairs. Susan Cuple, the hand specialist, has a great energy, she is efficient, friendly, consistent positive attitude and more importantly she she is competent. She measures progress, which is motivating because I do not necessarily see the progress. She gives all the explanations I want, address my concerns. I feel being in very good hand with her.
