I love this place. It's my paradise. Every time I go I have to buy something, my daughter too, we always leave with things from there. The service is excellent, everyone are super cute and professional.

I returned an item and received outstanding customer service from a gal named "Ari". She was able to complete my return with my telephone number and order number, and did the return in under three minutes!! Please give her some Postitive Recognition for providing outstanding customer service!!! Not only did I notice her working at the register, but she was also helping me find something that I wanted to purchase while she was at the register. Thank You "ARI"!!!! I hope to see you at Ulta on my next shopping trip!

We had a great experience!! We didn’t know how to choose our product, but we got help from Sharon, let me tell you . She way leaving for the day , but nicely stayed to help us , She has Great customer service and product knowledge. We were very comfortable and confident after leaving the store with our product’s. So if you are like us not savy in beauty products. Ask for Sharon , we will definitely go back . Thank you
