I’m so glad I went with South Cali when buying my new 4 ton York HVAC unit! That was close to three years ago, and yesterday it stopped working.
Thankfully I had purchased the 10-year extended parts & labor warranty. (I highly recommend doing this given the extra heat stress and ongoing use all of our HVAC machines are exposed to here.)
Obviously this happened during their busiest time, and when I called explaining that all my medications and dog vaccines for my dog rescue are at risk of getting destroyed, they sent Derek out almost immediately!

My AC was not cooling since Sunday night and was constantly running, my insurance called south cali air on Monday after a previous company couldn’t see me until Friday. South Cali called me within the next few hours in order to send a tech over. He came and same day called in the work order for the parts that would need repair. Tuesday ,they returned with the parts, fixed everything and my AC was working great again. I loved their efficiency and communication, from the ladies in the office calling to confirm about the techs arrival time and work being done to my unit, to the tech themselves. Friendly staff. Highly recommend
