Our AC recently broke down. I called South Cali on a Sunday and they were able to get someone out there the following day which was great considering it was busy season. Also, the technician found another part that could give us problems in the future and South Cali called immediately to schedule that repair. Excellent customer service which is rare to find in the Imperial Valley nowadays. Thank you Claudia and South Cali Air.

How many a/c companies have business hours on Saturdays and Sundays? How many a/c companies answer the phone on a Sunday at 8 am to help you? How many a/c companies schedule the appointment within 24 hours of such a call to diagnose the problem and fix the problem within 24 hours of the diagnosis? How many a/c companies honor their warranty with no hassles or problems? And all in their busiest time of year (100+ degrees in the summer)!! South Cali Air Conditioning that's who!! The personnel are amazing, professional, and courteous; this includes Claudia, Lired, Joe, and Andres! Very reasonable prices & prompt service. Recommended highly without any hesitation!!

I honestly can not say enough good things about S.C.A. from my first experience to now..the tech today was on time, very polite, another awesome transaction, and I appreciate that they called me to see if I wanted to do this yearly maintenance, thanks Claudia
