I was supposed to see them on June 19, 2025... I received a call on June 16th being today from the girl behind the desk letting me know that they had to put my appointment off for one more day so they can celebrate Juneteenth... A fake holiday that isn't even a holiday anymore... You made my appointment a month ago and you wait 3 days before my appointment to tell me that you are going to be closed that day... Maybe if you all didn't play around so much and did your job more, you would have realized it sooner... I will NEVER recommend this office to anyone... read full review

They never answer their phones, they play games as it’s all immature children that work there. I live an hour away and they never called me to cancel instead they told me the day of my appointment that Dr wasn’t there AFTER I already made the drive. The receptionists are young and play too many games regarding appointments and cancellations. They gossip behind the window, it’s very unprofessional and it’s sad because I NEED my Dr , none of this is his fault either as he’s excellent this far!

Dr. Keller gets 5 stars for being friendly, caring and intelligent. My first visit with him was very pleasant and I never felt rushed. He asked me lots of questions, ordered a couple of tests and took his time during the initial examination, indicating to me that he genuinely wanted to help and get to the bottom of what was causing my pain. His office staff on the other hand really needs to work on being more professional. The overweight gentleman that does the x-rays seems rude and impatient. This gentleman and the ladies at the front desk loudly discuss patient information which I believe is a violation of the HIPAA. If I witnessed this on my first visit it's most... read full review
