In turns out the refrigerator out in our garage had a slow leak because the plumber found a bunch of mold growing on the back wall and in the crawl space when he came to fix the leak. He recommended this mold specialist. It actually worked out perfectly because we were going on vacation and they could work on the mold while we were gone. They were very flexible to work with our vacation schedule and I appericated that. They even worked around the clock for the last 3 days to make sure everything was wrapped up by the time we got back. No mold has come back, great job team!

My car tinting business runs out of my brothers warehouse and I thought I was going to have to shut down after the flooding from the heavy rains a few weeks ago. Our neighbor hired this flood damage company and we had them come next door to look at our damage. They reassured us that it wasn't serious and they dried it out and we could open back up for business later that week.

California needs the rain, but not this much! The recent storms left our house completely flooded. I guess our roof was past due for a repair because the rain just came right through the ceiling. Flood Management Services dispatched a team during the storm and even recommended a reputable roofing company to fix everyhting to avoid any additional flooding in the future.
