It is the first time that I called Desert Air to use a service and the technician Jesse M. from the moment he arrived to attend to the problem he did so in a very professional manner, when he detected the problem with my air conditioning he showed me and explained the details to me and the reasons for the problem, it was a very quick job for which I was grateful for the heat that was already felt in the house. They have a membership system which they also explained to me and which I also recommend that you buy. 5 stars for Desert Air for the speed in responding to emergencies and for Jesse M. for the service.

My AC broke down after hours and they still answered the phone to setup an appointment the next day.
The technician called with an estimated time of arrival which was accurate and was very professional. It's not easy just letting anyone in your house but each Technician has been very nice and charming!
Got my unit back up and running plus saved a lot of money with the Club Membership.

I highly recommend Desert Air. This is a professional operation and they warranty their products and workmanship for ten years. These guys are not your typical HVAC contractor. They treat your home with respect, wearing boot covers and laying tarps to keep your floors clean from debris. Jesus explained our options and was very thorough leaving no questions. Julio and the crew of installers kept us informed on every step and there’s a level of professionalism that is seen throughout the entire process.
