I paid Mr. Aguirre to close off some holes in my roof and paid him $450. We had a rat problem and rats were getting in. Mr Aguirre used foam that rats could bite through and missed two gaping holes. When we asked if he could come finish the job, we were told that he was too busy and that we needed to find someone else to finish his job. That his work wasn't guaranteed. We continue to have rats enter the attic and have had to contact pest control several times because of this shoddy work. They refused to come back to finish the work I paid them to do properly. I would give them 1 star, however, he was kind enough to provide some rat poison.

Yes he came out quickly and he told me to call him if I had any problems. It rained a month later and the leak was worse. Now he won't return my calls. I called for 2 weeks just in case he was out of town but I never got a return call.
