I have solar installed by WC about 5 years ago. I received a bill from SDGE that was unusual and called WC to see why. They sent Pedro. Pedro was by far the best tech I’ve ever had sent for any type of repair. He was kind, understandable in his explanations, knowledgeable and quite frankly trustworthy. I often wonder if I’m being taken advantage of. There was no doubt Pedro wanted the best for me and for the best price. Pedro represents West Coast in the best way. My issue was quickly resolved and quite affordable. Pedro deserves a raise ! Thank you for sending him.
I highly recommend West Coast. They installed our HVAC unit several years ago. Jason came out to do a regular maintenance check this week. He arrived on time and was friendly, thorough and professional. Jason recommended we have the blower wheel cleaned which I plan to do. Excellent company.
Review for Wes Hernandez from West Coast Heating and Air. How was Wes 🤔 Wes was brilliant. He first came to give me an estimate on cleaning my mini split unit. He let me know he was on his way, arrived promptly and explained everything. Wes wrote up an estimate and I scheduled the work. Again, Wes called to let me know that he was on his way for the job. He even had the Office call earlier to let me know that he was going to be coming at the end of the scheduled window. He was very professional, efficient, and courteous the entire time he was here. Wes was very meticulous when setting up the procedure so that there wouldn’t be any damage to my home and worked diligently to get everything done in a reasonable amount of time. When he was through, he cleaned everything completely, tested the mini split unit, and double checked the unit outside. Wes also took great care to make sure that my pets were out of the way. I will ask for Wes to come and do any inspections on the equipment in the future. West Coast Heating and Air had installed two mini split units for me and I find the company to be reliable and a good value for their work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
