I've dealt with some lousy termite companies after a decade plus in real estate. These guys top the cake. After "completing" over $3,000 in termite repairs, the termite inspector company neglected to make several repairs, prior to issuing a clearance. We had another company come out and state this was flat-out unacceptable after closing. The Structural Pest Board states work should be guaranteed for 1 year. Not this company, they don't obey regulatory boards, they have a 30 day warranty. I would give this company zero stars.
