Don't call them for service or maintenance. They confirmed my appointment and then no call no show. They told me they have only 1 service tech for the entire company and he couldn't come back out for another month.

First thing one day I recieved a large check in the mail that stated that it was for a class action lawsuit where as Right Choice had open up a credit account in customer names without their permission. Right Choice shouldn't even be in business now. Still having a three year contract I had brought for maintenance for the Air Conditioner unit they installed for me. They talked me into getting a UV air scrubber at a price of $389 and to replace the UV bulb at the cost of $89 when the UV bulb light went out of the scrubber. They installed an air conditioner in early 2020. Never really cooled below about 76 degrees. I reported it to them last year, and the technician they sent, said he needed to remove some Freon, because the level was too high. Same condition exists this year, plus water pouring down the side of the house from the condensate drain, but they say they don't cover Chula Vista anymore. Haven't answered emails. Got another HVAC company to look at, and his comments were "That's a mess! Thermal expansion valve not insulated, condensate drain lines cross connected, and no safety pan installed." I wouldn't recommend them to anyone I liked.
