I've enjoyed my Semper Solaris solar install for over 8 years now and last month I had my first error message pop up, that also shut down the system. After reaching out to Semper Solaris, I was contacted by Josh to help solve the issue and I have to say, he was the consummate professional and quickly helped resolve the issue. Excellent customer service seems to be harder and harder to find, even good customer service seems to be a rarity these days, but Josh was exemplary. My customer support call was the best ever! I am not exaggerating. I have had 2 previous tech support calls with Semper neither was helpful. This time around my Tech was David F. Wowwww! David was clear and easy to understand, he knew the systems exceptionally well and walked me through resetting both my inverters and wireless monitoring systems flawlessly. He was clear, concise, friendly, patient, and stayed on track. I have never had such a successful and easy to follow support call as I had with David. You will be lucky if he is your support tech! Danny the greatest service tech ever helped to tune in the system and we still have it for the hottest week of the season. He’s so good at explaining the whys and whats of the issues and it definitely helps to understand how to maintain things going forward. Thank you Danny
