My hair is thick but very fine so without a perm, it looks , well, not good. My previous stylist retired, and the perm we used for decades was discontinued. Kimber at Rockin Blondes found a perm that agreed with my hair and does a very complementary cut and perm that works for me. I get three looks out of a perm as it grows out until it is ready for the next perm. Kimber does a great job as it grows out, adapting a new look each time.

YIPEE KA YAY my hair is SO fresh and clean! I literally was twerking-in-the-salon happy with my results! Jordan is a MASTER at her craft in creating a color and style that will satisfy her clients. As a woman of color who has had horrible experiences in the past with beauticians who assured me that they could manage my hair, only to fail in execution; I was very reluctant to get my hair done. I was referred to her by my longtime friend who has 2 biracial children and has been taking them to her since they were in diapers. After being offered a new job, I needed someone who was professional but has a vision for what I wanted. I flew in from Charlotte, NC, and Ubered to her salon to find Jordan cleaning her tools. She was incredibly energetic despite having clients all day. I showed her a few pics of what color and style I was looking for, and she NAILED it! The contrast between what I came in with to how I left is significant! If you've ever have a botched color, haircut, or just need to get groomed, Jordan is absolutely who you need in your life!

Kimber, the owner replied to my appointment request right away and I was able to score a next day appointment. I was long overdue for a cut so I was super grateful to get in so soon. The salon was clean and welcoming and I was immediately greeted as soon as I entered. Kimber was my stylist and was super easy to talk to. My cut turned out great, it was exactly what I wanted and I'll definitely be back. Thank you!
