Edited 1/2/25: Had another drain issue and called Remedy Rooter again. They were out SO quickly and issue was resolved so fast! Tim was my tech this time! Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️

I had a Moen Flo leak detector installed. The project required digging for the main pipe through roots and near other pipes and lines. Rafael did an excellent job despite these challenges. The detector was installed professionally.
Juan needed to come back to remove debris from the Moen Flo, twice. He also discovered a leak in a nearby pipe. He diligently fixed both problems.
The measure of a company is how well it responds to challenges and problems. This installation has not been easy, but Remedy Rooter cares about their customers and is dedicated to solving all problems along the way.
