Pacific Production Plumbing management, should implement some immediate changes. Kurt Jorgensen is a liability. He finds it fun to engage road rage behavior in a company work van. A normal person might think of their job, family, or the company & employees they represents, by driving a company van [#469]. Not Kurt. He Doesn't give a F@CK about anyone! Contact information printed on the side of the truck, no problem. Kurt decides to "engage in road rage" tailgating, blocking in, driving at high speeds and in a reckless manner. Ive reading most of the other reviews here, It wasn't hard to find customers with quality issues and even people claiming racist allegations. Based on what I have experienced, I would not trust this guys work to be of high quality. If this were my contracting company I would implement some immediate changes. I would install GPS tracking and a governor on all my company vans, Implement a immediate drug testing program, And I would remove Mr. Kurt Jorgensen from his driving duties, he is a outright company and public liability. Keep him off the roads before he injures or kills someone!
This company did the plumbing for my new Shea home 2 1/2 years ago. I was told that my tankless water heater needed to be flushed every year. I called Pacific Production and left a message for them to get back to me and they never did. I ended up getting someone else to flush my water heater. Recently, I had a plumbing check done on my home and found that the water pressure coming into the home was too high, I called Pacific Production Plumbing to see if this was still under warranty. I called them four times in a period of one week and left detailed messages as they requested. No one ever answers the phone you just get an answering machine. Finally, after the fourth message left, they returned my call to tell me that it was not under warranty. They gave me the name of a plumber to call, however, I am not taking the recommendation because of their poor customer service.
This is a very suspect plumbing company. I'm not even sure where to begin...This was a company chosen by the builder of my house to handle all of the plumbing. I've been in my new house for 2 months now. During that time, we've had 5 leaks, a pedestal sink that was installed crooked, a gas leak on our tankless water tank and all of our toilets have been running on and off all day.Trying to get these issues fixed has been a nightmare. Getting in touch with a scheduler at PPP is very complicated and when you do confirm a time, it doesn't guarantee that you will have a technician show up to complete the job.For example, we had a confirmed window of 10-1 for an appointment. At 12:30, Aaron calls us to tell us that he's in Oceanside and can't make it within our window. The next day, without notice, he calls to tell us he's on his way to our house and will be there in 15 minutes. Great, except we weren't home. I told him we would be back in approximately an hour. He said he would call us and come over later in the afternoon. We are still waiting for this call. To summarize, if you're interested in sloppy work, missed appointments, ghosted phone calls from the scheduling department and water ruining your flooring and cabinets, then give these guys a call. They will check all the disappointment boxes that you could hope for.
