They are kind and hardworking, and give a heck of a massage So I don’t need the extra frills. I’ve been here about 8 time now, typically getting the body massage and again. Not disappointed! They ask you if the pressure is good- and if you tell them - they adjust accordingly! It’s clean, I dont feel uncomfortable, or pressured to add anything on, extras, etc. . “being right next door to a cute little boutique, i walked into this place totally not knowing that i would be doing a full hair transformation! boy did i need April's hair styling, advice, and hair color/care! both of these colors were done at the W Salon.. after a not great experience at another salon, April totally took me in and was honest and open from day one. i'm so happy i found her! unlike a lot of other hair dressers in the San Diego area, she cares way more about taking care of your hair, and what it will be like in the long run, than just right now/when you walk out of the salon, which is so important! hair is such a statement on your body, and for that you need to take care of it! i was quoted $250, for my current red/auburn hair i did today. and uhhh, AMAZING! and for that price?!! yes please! overall the salon is so cute and trendy, in fact as she was shampooing my hair, we were taking about how CUTE the hanging lights are, and how the whole vibe is so calming and beautiful. i'm so grateful i was able to find an amazing hairdresser in the SoCal area, for half of the regular pricing around the areas. thank you April!“

“Giselle has provided multiple spa treatments during this year for myself and a few friends. My aging dry skin needed quality anti-aging products. What needed most attention were my eyebrows. Years of cheap waxing mall shops, resulted in a serious re-do. Giselle reshaped them and then begged me not to touch them between Appts. Within 6 months (4 treatment) I now have full, uniformed perfectly shaped brows. They shape my face perfectly while helping me look years younger. My skin looks better than ever based on Giselle's services and facial products she recommended for my skin type. I also had an emergency nail disaster that resulted from another salon. Lilly, took on the task of repairing the damage. It took her 1.5 hours to safely remove the gel product from my nails. . Lilly then prepared my nails for the correct gel. Her service was exceptional and I was able to relax and unwind in their tranquil atmosphere. Thank you, Lilly and Giselle.
