I called J&M on 1.4.23 and someone came out to my restrooms to take measurements. They were quick to come out and the guy was professional and informative. I called back on 1.17.24 and spoke with Donovan, the Project Manager. I explained that I had someone out one year ago and was looking for an updated quote, understanding that material prices have changed. He emailed me back a quote. I had two restrooms quoted originally. J&M increased the price on one restroom by 12% and the other by 30%. Great manufacturer!
By no means is the small job below indicative of the main work J and M can do. Visit their showroom to see some of their residential and business work which they can do for you. What we wanted to share on Yelp was that no matter how big or small the job is, J and M will still treat you with outstanding customer service and prioritize you like you were just as important as one of their huge jobs. I had asked John if his shop could make me some shelves for us, which to be quite honest, would have been nice had our original cabinet installer done for us.
