had an adjustment visit today at Inspire Life Chiropractic with Dr Gina Caserma. My experience was tremendous! Her staff was caring, warm, friendly and came out from behind the desk to greet me and shake my hand. The office was very beautiful, comfortable, the furnishings were up to date and well organized. She specializes in caring for babies, kids and pregnant women. And she takes care of the adults as well. Ok, now for the adjustment part... She is amazing! I have had chiropractic care before so I know a good, great and amazing adjustment...This was amazing! She is confident, she is very specific in her analysis and her adjustments were...amazing! I could tell my body was out of sync and she was my first call! After my adjustment I felt great, I felt a sense of peace and more at ease in my body. So if you live in the San Diego east county area anywhere, this needs to be your chiropractic office! Thank you Dr. Caserma and staff!
