“I have been with Bob Jenson for over 20 years. I had a new system installed last year and have been very pleased with it. Evan came to check out everything under the maintenance program. He then went to my rental property to check out that furnace, and it was determined that a new furnace is needed. He called Jack to come to the property to explain things to me and provide an estimate. Both Evan and Jack were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The thing I liked most is that neither one pressured me into buying a new unit. They just stated the facts of what is needed. I truly appreciate their approach. I had three companies come look at my systems, and only Blue Diamond took the time to open them up, to give an educated and accurate assessment. The techs who replaced my heating and air on the day of appointment were great. My HOA gave them some logistical challenges that they handled super professionally, and in a way that satisfied the HOA. “Five Star is a great, family business. They are friendly, attentive and thorough. Five Star beat 4 other bids on price, availability of product and scheduling for installation. I will be using them again soon to install an attic fan and possibly redo some ducting. I say possibly because they didn't automatically upsell me on ducting like the others did. Five Star inspected my attic and didn't recommend new ducting unless I insisted. It's nice to do business with friendly, honest people.“

“Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete.
