“My hair is thick but very fine so without a perm, it looks , well, not good. My previous stylist retired, and the perm we used for decades was discontinued. Kimber at Rockin Blondes found a perm that agreed with my hair and does a very complementary cut and perm that works for me. I get three looks out of a perm as it grows out until it is ready for the next perm. Kimber does a great job as it grows out, adapting a new look each time.“
