I locked my key in my car when I went to the bank for just a minute. I had things I HAD to get done. I had NO TIME FOR THIS! Green Locksmith told me that they would be there in 15 mins. I waited 15 mins. No locksmith. So I called AAA. They were there in 10 minutes. So sadly, I can't review Green Locksmith. Except that they didn't arrive in the time that they committed to.Bummer
Had a key stuck in the ignition of my car. It was in the "on" position and draining my battery. This was 6pm. I called a few places and got no answer or reply. I called Green, and altho it took them about 3 hours to get to me, they did come out. I appreciate it!!The tech, Nathan, was friendly and professional. He resolved the issue quickly.The only problem, which cost them a star, was the fees and costs were not explained. The total on invoice was 336 but I was billed 344, I was not told of a credit card fee. Fair enough, but customers should be told.Overall the two techs that took care of my issue were skilled at what they do.
This company technicians are very nice and super professional. They came to my store and change all the locks at a very good price and their job was well done. I highly recommend them.
