We were so grateful to finally get our beloved puppy Brody into see the Doctors at Judy veterinary, we were on a waiting list since they were at capacity when we 1st got him. from the office staff to the Physicians, we were treated with personalized care and Brody was warmly welcomed and he loved Dr Que and so did my Husband.

I absolutely recommend Judy veterinary clinic. They care truly about the animals. This clinic has never been about the money. Even now that Dr. Judy has retired he has left the business with wonderful staff that just wants to help animals. There's always a lot of dogs there and really friendly. As so the staff. As a matter of fact I'm getting ready to take them a new patient. We just got a puppy. After putting our 17 yr. old chihuahua down about six months ago.

Lack of communication amongst employees can lose a client. You can't have one person say yes, and your client count on that yes, and then another employee says no. I mean it's whatever, but for our family and our fur family, we need correct communication and everyone on the same page. I know plenty of people who are happy and content with this clinic, it just seems it won't work out for our family. I still appreciate how the staff takes care of my friends and family who are established here as patients, so I don't think it's fair to leave less than 4 stars but I can't give 5 because it wasn't a 5 star experience for ME.
