I had a massage on Friday with a gentleman by the name of Ken.The massage was good. It was for 1 hr for $45 . Ken must of left 2-3 times in the middle of my massage to greet people who were coming in to get a massage.It was hard for me to relax.After the massage I paid the $45 dollars and gave him a tip of $15.He looked at me and I said to him is everything okay and he smiled at me and said that the tip is suppose to be at least $20.I then asked him where does it say that I have to give him a min tip of $20. I went in and tried to get the basic foot massage (although it advertised there would also be some head rubbing, which I wouldn’t want personally, ick). The man seemed doubtful about my credit card, then he said it was ok but would be a $10 tip with the card. I said I prefer to tip after seeing how it went, then he refused. I asked if the price was actually $25 or $35. There was definitely a language barrier. A woman said it would be a $2 charge for the credit card, and I said ok, but then she tried to charge me $37, again a $10 tip. (I read other negative reviews about them charging tips). Absolute garbage. Worst attempt at a massage anyone has ever done. I literally can't begin to describe what trash they delivered. Just terrible. After going there and coming home and sharing my experience with my wife, I discovered I should have communicated with her as she had a similarly bad experience there. To be kind, I STILL offered a tip of $20 (on a massage that was $70) only to be told "there is a minimum $40 dollar tip!" A minimum tip??? Ok, if the massage was even halfway decent, ok, I could stomach it. But c'mon man, you must be joking. Please, do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDER THIS PLACE. Absolute garbage is the nicest thing I can say.
