Let me start of by saying that if I I can give him a negative star rating I would. Alan or Elie Raad and his mom are one of the worst business people that I have ever encountered. My mom and first cousin who is from Arizona had appointments with him for my sisters wedding. Leading up to the wedding my mom called and confirmed both appts about 4 times because we had heard of his reputation. They had a 12 pm and a 1 pm. Since my cousin was out of town we were her rides. We had the whole morning planned out with everyone's appts. On the morning of her wedding my sister was there getting her makeup done with his coworker. He had the nerve to tell my sister that he needs to see my cousin at 830 instead of her 1 pm appt. He then had the audacity to tell my sister, the bride, who was getting her makeup done to go get my cousin and bring her to the salon! Even his coworker was mortified! When my mom showed up for her appt. he told her that he couldn't take her because they didn't show up at 830. He ended up doing my moms hair and my cousins makeup and hair after going back and forth. In conclusion, his work is mediocre, and he is very overrated. Do yourself a favor and book with somebody else because his antics are not worth your time.

first of let me say that I love a stylist who will give their honest opinion and give good recommendations. I wanted to go lighter on my already highlighted ombre hair possiably on the ash blonde side. He left bleach on my ALREADY HIGHLIGHED HAIR FOR OVER AN HOUR. My hair was fried! Yes the color turned out a slight ash only when I was at the salon...after couple days I washed my hair as a result of that it left me in awe and it looked horrendous! The texture of my hair felt so elasticy, damaged, dry, frizzy, orangey, with extreme breakage. Finally-- after a few months of dealing with my unmanageable hair and using all kinds of proteins and masks on my hair its gotten a little better after getting trims every few weeks and a nice solid dark color. This was a nightmare! I ended up spending more on my hair afterwords then what I initially paid for. Over all I would NEVER step a foot in this ridiculously expensive salon with no form of knowledge in the hair color industry. I do have to admit on his beautiful makeup and ok hair cuts. Oh and I forgot to mention after I washed my hair I never styled it in anyway way shape or form for over 3 months It was always in a bun due to the dryness--brittleness and not so pretty look. Do yourself a favor and go to someone who knows what their doing...half a none existing star--for I dont even know what? Maybe the cut...
