About El Cajon Valley Veterinary: Kanchuk Marc L DVM
El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital is a walk-in veterinary clinic that provides efficient and compassionate care for pets. The hospital's check-in process allows pet owners to wait in their cars, which helps minimize wait time and stress in the waiting room. Once inside, patients are assigned a private space, and wait times are generally short, around 15-20 minutes. The staff is understanding, empathetic, and knowledgeable, making pet owners feel at ease. The team goes above and beyond to provide exceptional care and support, reflecting their dedication and professionalism. With reasonable costs and a smooth process, El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital is a recommended choice for pet owners in the area. Many clients appreciate the clean and organized atmosphere and the kindness shown by the staff during appointments.
I cannot thank the team at El Cajon Valley Veterinary Hospital enough for their incredible care and professionalism. They worked quickly and efficiently to save my dog, and their kindness and dedication truly stand out. In a moment of desperation, they provided not only exceptional medical attention but also much-needed reassurance. Their helpful and friendly attitude is evident every time I call, and I feel so lucky to have found such a reliable place for my dog's care. I highly recommend this place for anyone seeking top-notch veterinary services. Thank you for the best experience with my beloved pet!
Once you actually see someone they're amazing! Also, getting a stall early doesn't matter apparently. The archaic system of calling via phone for a spot had me waiting for 2.5 hours in the car with my cat who might have a UTI. We got there 30 minutes before they opened, called over and over again and got through 15 minutes after they open to receive the wait time of 2.5 hours! Absolutely absurd. But, haven't had a bad experience with the actual doctors themselves out of the two times I've been here.
One of the best hospitals I have been to here in San Diego. Well priced and their staff are so kind! I understand why they're always so busy. To my understanding, they are are walk in only unless you have an appointment for surgery. Basically how it works Is you get there at 8 AM and you park in one of the spots and call to check in then they give you an estimated wait time. I brought my dog here earlier in the year to be seen for the beginning stages of Happy tail on a Saturday morning, and I waited about an hour and a half to be seen. They were very kind and understanding of my concerns and it wasn't a long appointment until he was ready to go home with his tail wrapped. Fast forward to July and we decided that he needed a full tail amputation due to the happy tail. They gave me a quote before I came in and they were the lowest out of three different hospitals. I set my appointment for a Friday morning and since I had a surgery appointment, I could just walk in with my dog and check in. I dropped him off at 8 AM and picked him up around 4:45 PM. It was pretty much the same price they had quoted me at. No surprise charges or anything like that it was great! He goes back in two weeks to get the stitches removed. I'm very pleased on how the surgery went and the staff were very kind Explaining the procedure and all of his medicines. Thank you very much!!
