For clarification this is a Five Star Review: I can't say enough good things about Comfort Bros Heating, Air & Plumbing, especially about the outstanding service we received from Elvis M. and Josh B.! Elvis originally came out for a routine tune-up, but his attention to detail quickly uncovered a deeper issue with our system’s pathway. Rather than just glossing over it, he made sure to schedule a proper follow-up—already going above and beyond. Then on Friday, Josh B. showed up right on time and truly saved the day. Instead of making us wait through the weekend, he took the extra time to troubleshoot and discovered that the issue was actually related to our Zoning board. Josh didn’t just identify the problem—he fixed it on the spot. That level of service and commitment is rare, and the fact that he didn’t push the issue off until Monday really says a lot about his integrity and dedication. The honesty and professionalism from both Elvis and Josh are exactly why I will be using Comfort Bros for all of my future HVAC and plumbing needs.
