Ricardo took over a project from another team that didn’t do the window flashing correctly. Ricardo explained to me in detail the process involved and was proactive in addressing any questions or issues I had. He communicated with me consistently and even late in the evenings to keep me updated on the repair progress. He’s very detail-oriented and has a strong QC mentality. Highly recommend him—I wish everyone could have his work ethic and patience!

Clean Earth Restorations came recommended by my insurance company. The day I reported my claim they came out within an hour or so and dealt with my water leak. The mitigation team was phenominal. I was thoroughly impressed. I also used Clean Earth for my reconstruction and am so happy I did. The results are fantastic. I want to especially thank Shawn Diebel who prepared my estimate, and Thomas Castillo who managed my job. Thomas Castillo and his team were top notch! I called in Clean Earth Restorations to take over a flooding repair and reflooring job started by another company. Once Thomas and Clean Earth Restorations took over, progress on the repairs to my flood damaged home picked up pace and I very quickly felt assured that my home repair would be in good hands. I’m very satisfied with the way everything turned out. Great job, guys!
