Very rude and unprofessional staff! They set the bar very low, and I wish I could leave 0 stars. Go elsewhere, otherwise you will regret coming here. Worst customer service we have encountered. See details below.

We had scheduled a 9am appointment with this place for styling. Upon looking up the place, it showed up as closed and it opens at 10am. We called the phone number that shows up on Google Maps, but it is disconnected. I called the phone number on the business card, and the owner Nadiya picked up. Very rude and unprofessional staff! They set the bar very low, and I wish I could leave 0 stars. Go elsewhere, otherwise you will regret coming here. Worst customer service we have encountered. See details below. We had scheduled a 9am appointment with this place for styling. Upon looking up the place, it showed up as closed and it opens at 10am. We called the phone number that shows up on Google Maps, but it is disconnected. I called the phone number on the business card, and the owner Nadiya picked up. She said they were open and was telling me to ignore Google - okay. I told her that my mom has a styling appointment at 9am, and she said "Styling? Okay, come in. I am waiting for you." We immediately showed up as we were next door, and she told us "You need to wait, I don't have time for you right now." We took a seat and then she approached us to say, "You have two appointments, and they're both styling & makeup" which is not what we wanted. We let her know that's not the case, and she then turned down our business saying she doesn't know when she will take us etc despite us having a 9am styling appointment. We walked away and took our appointment to "Salon by Ann Ashooty". You'll be much happier there - you'll be treated as a human.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon.The staff was rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in providing good customer service or listening to my requests. The stylist completely butchered my hair, despite me clearly explaining what I wanted. Not only did they not achieve the desired look, but they also left me with an uneven and unflattering haircut. I left feeling frustrated and upset. Additionally, the salon was dirty and poorly maintained, with hair all over the floor and dirty tools scattered around. Overall, I would not recommend this women's salon to anyone. It was a complete waste of time and money.
