There's not enough stars here!! I am a first-time home buyer and I can't explain how many fears I had about purchasing a home. Mr Michael Robe and his team was highly recommended to me, and their execution mirrored their reputation which was absolutely spot on and correct. Above all, professionalism is at the very core when dealing with this team, and that is something that is not at every establishment. Mr Michael took his time with me when visiting the different homes across the multitude of areas within San Diego. His level of knowledge concerning the history and normal practices within those areas were exceptional, and beneficial for when I decided on where I wanted to live. Many thank you(s) and gratitude to Ms. Vicky and Ms. Nicole for their responsiveness throughout this process. Of the 3,001 questions I presented, this team was able to speak to all of my concerns, and if they did not have it at the time, they got back to me quickly and in a timely manner. Mr Michael walked me through all of the contracts and legal terminologies so that I could understand exactly what was happening or what I was signing. We were completely in step throughout the sight, offer and close process and an after close process. Abandonment is not a thought by this team. Their communication with me was clear, concise and conscientious of my financial abilities. The entire process went very easy and I would recommend this company, this team and their mindfully considerate service 1000 times over.
