I'm 33 weeks pregnant, every time, every appointment I used to have they called me a day before to reschedule! From the beginning of my pregnancy I been telling to stuff that I don't want to be seen with a male obgyn provider! Every time when they wanted to reschedule my appointment, they asking me to be seen with male provider! Why can't you tell me before my 30 weeks that you don't have a full time female obgyn provider! Front desk is not experienced well, and they don't know how to do their job at all! If you are a new patient, is not worth to go and spend half of your day for only check in! Worst, worst, worst place ever!

I went to my regular appointment and because I did not show my ID they refused to see me. I have been a long time patient with Dr. Ghafari. Since he left Borrego Health is not the same. I will be looing for a new provider. Hopefully San Ysidro Health is better. Call center is horrible.

Do not Think about even going here. There is sexual misconduct by a doctor that i unfortunately blocked his name because of the trauma he caused me. Please, please. do not go here at all. Two years ago after the visit. He called me days later to ask how i was doing. I was confused, and when i have explained this story to my loved ones while crying. they tell me it's because he took advantage of my body. They are right I will never not forget the words he muttered "you're so deep." And the nurses face when she saw what he was doing. All just a real horror story.
