Pablo is our technician and I was impressed with his knowledge of all things bugs and insects, how they are attracted to certain things and how everything in the bugs life is based on scent etc. Pablo is very professional and friendly and will determine the best course of action to keep bugs out of your house. He never tries to up sell you on services and he is very respectful of your home. Many other companies try to upsell you on things you may not need and don't have knowledge if you do or don't. Pablo and Cartwright don't do that. if you need it they will be honest.I highly recommend Pablo and Cartwright for you extermination needs.Service: General pest inspection
The initial inspection was great as well as packing and loading contents. When they delivered, they hired some guys from Home Depot parking lot, gave them a shirt and said 'trabajo'.A Few broken pieces several dents and knicks.I'm just glad the bugs are gone
I have used Cartwright for a rental property in the past without an issue. I recently used them again at my rental property. The technician was thorough and did a good job. But the customer service was terrible. They don’t know how to treat their customers. SMHServices: Rodent extermination
