No one wants to have a leak or plumbing emergency. I have had many leaks due to living in UTC, which had fast, sloppy construction and now the structures are aging. This team was recommended by TWO of my trusted plumbers (I have about 9 on my speed-dial). The two technicians who came out and found the leak were Professional, Found a leak that two plumbers couldn't detect, Kind, Genuinely concerned, On-time, Personable, Likable, “Into" their work (I love Dirty Jobs), Fairly priced. They made a miserable plumbing disaster, almost pleasant. Kind of guys you want to have a beer with. They felt like family.... read full review
Very Pleasant. Found leak visually,
did not even take equipment off truck. 15 minutes, no leak.
I did not appreciate having to pay the full price when your equipment was not needed!!
The detection technician (Nick) was super professional and did a great job helping me understand our issue. He was very quick, efficient and thorough as well. I would definitely recommend this company for any leak detection services.
