Some times they are the only game in town for what you need but the attitude is so off putting that I drive up the hill to Alpine fence. When my contractor friends and I talk about companies with poor people skills, Builders Fence always gets whole hearted agreement. Hold your breath if you have to use them because it will not be pleasant. They have a strong inventory and can make anything you need but you better know exactly what you need or you will get the eye roll. If you get a choice have Steve help you.
