I had an outstanding experience with Advantage Cleaners in Rancho San Diego that truly exemplified exceptional customer service. On a Saturday, with an important event just a couple hours away, I found myself in desperate need of getting my very wrinkled tie steam pressed. After three other local shops turned me away due to their boilers being off, I called Advantage Cleaners as a last resort. To my surprise, the owner, Saeem, offered to turn his boiler back on just for me, asking for only a 10-15 minute wait for the water to heat up. I was overcharge for a military patch 15 or 2 for 30 at dry cleaning USA in the same shopping village and walked out after hearing the ridiculous price. I went over to advantage dry cleaning and the owner took care of it on the spot! For half the price. Will be switching to this cleaner for all our military uniforms.Thanks again

These wonderful guys always take such good care of me and the items I bring in! Always done promptly, service is excellent. Price is reasonable and they are very friendly! Right across the street from my work, I bring all my needs for alterations and dry cleaning to them. I highly recommend!
