Love this place I broke my glasses and brought them in and they inmediately fixed them also they gave me an appointment with my Doctor Patel all on the same day who’s so nice and very professional and the fact that they scheduled me in so I wouldnt have to ho twice in the same week was absolutely awesome saved me gas! I love the staff the whole department just amazing !! .

Friendly employees. Asked questions and received answers that I could understand. Do only what is necessary. One place I went to had me test quarterly that were repetitive and and with the same results. I learned the tests were unnecessary. The clinic must have been billing Medicare for the tests. So irritating!

Dr. Patel and his assistant were excellent! The one issue at this office is the elevator. Both days we were here, it was out of order or not opened up to get to the office. Today I was finally able to get someone to unlock the elevator. My mom is 94 and can't walk 18 stairs to get into the building. They need to improve upon this situation. The check-in staff could be friendlier and should at least apologize for the inconvenience. Dr. Patel, however, is wonderful. We will stay with him. He is professional, caring and I'm glad we found such a good opthomologist.
