First time I saw Neven she explained everything and answered all of my questions. I was a first timer and pretty nervous. She made me feel at ease and helped me figure out a set of lashes that would compliment my eyes. I would never go anywhere else now. I've gone to Patricio over the year for all my tailoring needs! He's tailored whole suits for me, jeans, shorts and down uniforms for Marines I know. Guy's a genius w needle and thread. Super friendly and very personable. High quality work, fast turnaround time and very reasonable prices but it's cash only! So if you need anything tailored this is the place to go! I'm sharing my battle vest he's sewn all my patches on. $5 a patch and $15 for the big ones! Other places would charge 3x as much!
I got a European facial with an ad on of massage… It was absolutely wonderful and relaxing! My face felt wonderful afterwards. I also for the first time ever got a set of lash extensions. Sabria was very informative and did a beautiful job! Her office space was very cute and comfortable!

Kind of expensive, but these guys really know their stuff. I not only got a truly professional cut, but helped inform me about how to take care of my hair better. I was planning a change in my hairstyle and they helped me plan out the steps to make that happen.
My hair is thick but very fine so without a perm, it looks , well, not good. My previous stylist retired, and the perm we used for decades was discontinued. Kimber at Rockin Blondes found a perm that agreed with my hair and does a very complementary cut and perm that works for me. I get three looks out of a perm as it grows out until it is ready for the next perm. Kimber does a great job as it grows out, adapting a new look each time.

I actually went to Infinity Nails. Please check it out it is next to Freda’s Salon and that is why it popped in my reviews. The Service is excellent. The manicure and pedicure were perfect and the best thing of all is they speak English and you’re able to carry a conversation while she’s doing your pedicure manicure.

I started coming here because my hairdresser moved to this salon. It is a busy salon with lots of stylists. Everyone is very pleasant. You could probably to do walk-ins if you are new since they have so many stations. The salon is located in a little shopping center. Parking is ok. There is a next door Starbucks and Joanne's.

The hospitality was amazing from the get-go and the pricing is amazing. I showed him a picture of what I usually get, and Mitch executed with his touch to perfection. Had a full cut with beard trim, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They had 2 other barbers working on clients with drastically different hair styles from mine and both left with amazing cuts. Lifted my confidence a bit, knowing they had a good standard at their shop. I'm definitely coming back!

I stumbled upon this barbershop about 2 years ago. My son and I were walk-ins and they treated us like family from day one. Every time we come in, our haircuts are on point and looking crisp. They become like family to us and will keep going as long as I am living near. Highly recommend. Calling in is best as they usually have a busy schedule but they are very accommodating either way.

I love this place, at the time of this review the haircuts are only $16. But, beware, it's always busy and it's first come first serve. If you're planning on going, give yourself some time. I've never been any less then 4 people deep when I went. You will get a quality haircut here, the solo guy there has been cutting for over 25 years. You'll sit down and 15 minutes later you're done. He's that good.
Wasim and Nino are the best in the haircut business, sharp fades, beard trims, threading, men's beard dye. There is always 3 to 5 people waiting and for good reason. Take your children here too, they are masters.

I use to go to the La Mesa location but tried here and WOW! The beds have bulbs that are regularly changed and NO bulbs out(especially for months at a time).... Employees are super friendly and knowledgeable. I drive an extra 20 minutes to this location and totally worth it!

Mia did a full set for me, i asked for a short almond in a natural color - the set came out AMAZING. super natural and lasted 3 weeks before there was any lifting. the nails were also perfectly symmetric and she never cut me (i have super weak / thin) cuticles. laurie did my gel pedicure and was also great! the salon was clean and they were able to book me with three hours of advance notice on a weekday. i would 100% go back if im ever back in town.

I recently went to get a hydrating facial and last lift with Doman and it was one of most relaxing facials! She really knows what she's talking about when it comes to hydration. She went into detail every step and days later my face still feels so hydrated! She sets a relaxing tone in her room and really makes you feel comfortable. Giselle has provided multiple spa treatments during this year for myself and a few friends. My aging dry skin needed quality anti-aging products. What needed most attention were my eyebrows. Years of cheap waxing mall shops, resulted in a serious re-do. Giselle reshaped them and then begged me not to touch them between Appts. Within 6 months (4 treatment) I now have full, uniformed perfectly shaped brows. They shape my face perfectly while helping me look years younger. My skin looks better than ever based on Giselle's services and facial products she recommended for my skin type. I also had an emergency nail disaster that resulted from another salon. Lilly, took on the task of repairing the damage. It took her 1.5 hours to safely remove the gel product from my nails. . Lilly then prepared my nails for the correct gel. My Husband and I have been getting Tattooed by Rob since 2020. I've brought my Daughter in for a few piercings as well as myself. Rob is professional, makes me feel at ease and comfortable during the not so comfortable process of being tattooed or pierced. I've always trusted his opinion and judgment as an artist when it comes to placement, color and style of my tattoos. His studio is impeccably clean and comfortable atmosphere. I honestly wouldn't bother going anywhere else in San Diego.
My daughter got her nose pierced here when she was young and four years later she wanted 4 piercings on her ears at once! She specifically asked for the same guy who did her nose (Ryan). He is professional, energetic, witty, & knowledgeable about placement. He's great at easing his way into stabbing you. Long story short, we won't go to anyone else.

Edited 1/2/25: Had another drain issue and called Remedy Rooter again. They were out SO quickly and issue was resolved so fast! Tim was my tech this time!
Service and availability are top notch! My first interaction with Remedy Rooter was with their scheduling dispatcher, Amber who was on top of my request for a slow drain repair ASAP. She remembered who I was every time I called back. My slow drain did eventually reveal itself to be a BROKeN drain line with a massive clog. Rafael, the tech that officially diagnosed the problem offered up multiple solutions. He ends up being able to fix it without tearing up my whole house and was done in one day. ❤️

I contacted CPL on the recommendation of a plumber working on a water main leak. I had previously found a leak at the meter (my side) and had it repaired. The repair failed after six months. The plumber came back and repaired it for free, but we noticed what seemed to be a slow leak based on the meter still but nothing was visible. I contacted CPL and they came out the next morning as promised. The process of finding the water lines and marking their location was very interesting as my pipes are PVC. The technician verified and marked everything including the path for irrigation supply running from the front to the back yard. He then introduced pressurized air into the water lines from a hose bibb in the back yard and proceeded to bleed water from the lines. He then used special listening equipment to find point from which the leak was located. He checked the path of all water lines several times, ultimately returning to the front yard approximately 8 feet from the water meter. He let me listen to the sound being transmitted through his equipment and it sounded like a gurgling in a toilet that doesn't stop running. Satisfied that nothing else had any signs of a leak he marked the area and departed. After digging down to the depth of the pipe I found a coupling with the pipes connected that was crooked. It was exactly at the point he marked and where we heard the sound. Saved a lot of random digging!

Best plumber in the San Diego area. Had a flooding problem, and the insurance company recommended a plumber. He came and gave me estimate of $17.000 to instal a new sewer pipe inside my home, meaning six weeks in a hotel. Plus the floors, walls, commodes, and sinks would have to be replaced, which would cost another $20,000 plus. Called Steele Plumbing, and Steve came out and solved the problem for $3,000.

Pacific was recommended by the contractor that originally installed our HVAC units, but has since retired. I knew he would point me in the right direction and he did! I e-mailed Pacific Refrigeration late in the day with the make & model number of our Rheem HVAC unit, explained the issue and let them know that it's not an emergency, just send a tech when one is in our neighborhood. The next morning we got a call stating a tech could be here in an hour, so I stated that would work. Within the hour, Dean showed up ready to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad relay switch and that he had one with him. In no time at all, he had the new relay installed, the unit buttoned back up and was complete. Dean was very professional, courteous and diligent. After such a positive experience, I would highly recommend Pacific Refrigeration.

We did our bathroom remodel with Tom at TJS. We have nothing but great things to say about the experience. Tom was upfront on pricing, running a few different scenarios with us to dial in what we ended up doing. His team was fantastic and highly attentive to detail. They left the place clean every day they worked, and functioned with full autonomy as both of us were at work most of the time. The full remodel took just a little over 2 weeks which we thought was incredible.
I couldn't be more pleased with the results of my kitchen remodel. It was primarily a cabinet re-facing, but honestly it looks like a new kitchen. Not only did the refacing make the kitchen much more beautiful, but the addition of sliders in the cabinets and a few new drawers for pots and pans made the functionality top notch. I was able to make minor changes a couple of days into the process, and they accommodated my request with no problem. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future.

That was my reaction seeing the finished transformation after Drew and his sons worked their magic to beautify our hideous portion of driveway concrete that was sadly jackhammered and poorly patched up after the repair of a cracked and leaking PVC pipe 3 feet below the concrete. Drew recommended a stone strip pattern with a textured coat finish and neutral coloring to match our landscape. We asked if adding a monogram as an accent was a possibility, and Drew was willing to take on the challenge. With his exquisite penmanship , he made it our own and gave it such unique character. Just after learning my property was under attack by Rodents I happened to notice a Dewey service truck across the street and approached the "Dewey Guy", telling him my story in panic. It was my lucky day! Ryan was patient and sympathetic to my needs, and before I could even ask he offered to take a look. We must have spent 30 minutes walking my property in the sweltering heat, as he assessed the situation. Ryan patiently answered my numerous questions while also explaining to me the likely causes of my problem, showing me the signs of where the critters were likely sleeping, eating, hiding, etc; and explaining how he could help. The next morning I called the local Dewey phone number as instructed. Their "answering service" took my info and promised me a quick call-back. Shortly thereafter I received a cheerful return call from Monica in Ryan's El Cajon office. Monica was already aware of my situation and was prepared to get the ball rolling. Over the course of the next few days the Dewey staff had sent me a simple E-Sign contract and answered my many questions regarding service options. Throughout this process I had needed to initiate several follow-up calls to the Dewey El Cajon office (because I'm hard-headed). Even though Monica wasn't always available the other folks that took my calls were also knowledgeable, friendly, and beyond JUST helpful; even setting me up with a return call from Ryan when I asked for a better technical understanding. Fast-forwarding to the present: After these first two weeks I can only say that Dewey kept their promises. Specifically, Ryan arrived when he said he would, did what he said he would, and did it at a cost of even less than he had originally predicted as worse-case. He even twice called to check-in with me after the first week, and offered to stop-by to ensure the bait boxes and traps were working as they should be. We have a 3 acre property in east county that has over 100 pine trees that range in age from over 30 years to just sprouted volunteer trees. Roy stopped by to look at removing some of the ones that looked pretty dead from pine bark beetles and other pests. After looking at them, he told me that he could treat them instead of removing them. He treated all of them for the pests and gave them some nutrients that they really needed on 7/11/2024. Today is 7/26/2024 and all of the trees have an amazing amount of new growth on them! I am sure that none of them will need to be removed now. Roy is a true professional with many years of experience and has some specialized equipment that really helped him bring my trees back to life. I highly recommend him to anyone with tree and plant issues.

Originally went to Dr. Gina about three years ago now for lower back pain and she has helped my back pain go away. My sinuses and allergies are much better now and most of the time completely gone. I don't why it is but my dog goes off with the doctor at ECLAP like she's going on a lark. The doctors and attendants have good bedside manners and I've yet to feel like we were being rushed out the door. And if you have to wait they have a pleasant sitting area outside. ECLAP is a ways away, unlike our former vet, but the drive is worth it. Also, ECLAP isn't as expensive as our former vet.
I have a theory....it may be the odor of death and chemicals that dogs don't like at vets as the reason they are fearful of going there. ECLAP is an open-air structure where it's ventilated naturally so that odor, if present, wouldn't linger.
The staff was lovely from the tiny desk to the vet! Our dog gets a little anxious and they handled him with so much love!
Earl loves his visits at Singing Hills and so do I. Although he inevitably pees his pants on the ride there by the time he leaves he is comfortable and well cared for. They have been so attentive to his asthma condition and he is much better than ever before. His grooming was reasonable and high quality. Everyone there, from the doctors to the techs to the groomer are so professional and loving to all of the animals. I'm so glad to have discovered this wondrous facility. Having been all over San Diego and Tijuana I have found my forever vet at Singing Hills. Thank you!
Okay so who ever the person was that handed me my paperwork to fill out was possibly the best person ever. I had my son and dog with me, and was basically wrestling the two just to fill out paper work- not only did she clean up after my dog had a nervous p**** she offered to hold my son while the pup got her shots. Made the process a lot easier for me, it was great service.

This vet is El Cajon's little gem which I highly recommend!
I had visited another VCA before visiting this location. The staff is efficient and helpful. Dr Lu was especially nice and helpful with my 3 month old chihuahua pups. She gave me a lot of good info and is willing to accept my desire to go holistic to a degree. They didn't try to upsell services beyond what I asked for. I am very happy with this office.

I highly recommend Jimmy! I have 2 cats, one 12 with dry skin and the other 2 who I just rescued only a week ago. I was worried because in the past, with another groomer, I had a bad experience. Not with Jimmy. Jimmy was a Godsend. There was no trauma. After very much needed baths, brushes and mani/pedis, both cats came back into the house and quietly started licking themselves because that is natural when they are damp. They did not run or hide. I can tell that they both feel SOOOO much better now. I will definitely have Jimmy groom them again in the future.
Made an appt for the same week. They took great care of my dog, and he came back shiny, clean, and smelling wonderful. Happy happy boy.

I had a Dynamic cupping session which was amazing! Very relaxed with pain level over 10 down to 3. Different than other cupping sessions I've had previously. My body self adjusting was a bonus. Try it, It just might become a new favorite, it did for me!

Ok, I truly enjoy this place. It’s no nonsense, no frills: but a good massage for a decent price. The owners are super nice, yes they may come off a bit curt, but that’s who they are. They are kind and hardworking, and give a heck of a massage So I don’t need the extra frills. I’ve been here about 8 time now, typically getting the body massage and again. Not disappointed! They ask you if the pressure is good- and if you tell them - they adjust accordingly! It’s clean, I dont feel uncomfortable, or pressured to add anything on, extras, etc. . So yes, I do recommend, and 100% I will return!

I have had regular massages with Ashley for over 2 years now always have been excellent. Unfortunately with covid I have not been able to have a massage which I need to maintain my back health. She has gone above and beyond with checking in over the phone giving me stretches and ideas to keep my muscles from building up knots

I have been going here for almost a year. The team is very friendly, explain things well, and work with you on your recovery. Its a clean facility. Jeff was awesome. I can finally walk without pain thanks to him. Its been a long road but I recommend, if you have issues and need Physical Therapy, stick with it. They know what they're doing.
Joe he is my therapist and he has worked his magic in relieving my pain. He is a true professional, competent and caring, He is always attentive and sensitive to the problems, designing an appropriate regimen which changes as per my progress. I will be ending my sessions with him ,but secure in the knowledge that help is at hand if I need it. Joe is just a very sweet and compassionate person, I highly recommend him. I have been attending Advanced Physiotherapy for a few months now and it’s one of the best experienced I have ever had. It start the moment I entered the door. I was greeted with beautiful smiling faces, eagerly waiting to assist me. The building is clean with positive words written on the walls. Eric, is very knowledgeable and so skilled in his profession. I have never worked with a therapist that made me feel so important. That’s Eric. Even when you don’t see him, don’t think for one second you are alone because he’s checking on you to make sure you are doing your exercises right. Sure enough, He will show up and let you know if you are not doing your exercises correctly. That makes me feel good. He cares a lot about his clients. Noora has been a great help in my recovery from plantar fascia. She is an expert in percussion therapy. It is one of the only therapies where I have seen improvement in my mobility. The deep treatment is felt from the beginning to the end of the sessions and has given me relief from the pain in areas that others have not helped as much.

Had a great experience here. I was visiting San Diego and decided to book a 1 hour massage at Joel's clinic. Even the booking experience, Joel reached out to me to answer any questions I had, which I appreciated. My therapist was Christina and she was very professional and knowledgeable. I've been going to see Dr Lesley 2 times per week for roughly 2 months now. She addresses my concerns at every single visit. The Office and Treatment Rooms are spotless and sanitized after each Patient leaves. The Treatment Rooms are decorated and well appointed to induce a state of deep relation. I highly recommend this place! My mom was a very nervous learner, and after her lessons here, she is now a qualified, confident, and safe driver. Her instructor, Ali Barwari, made all the difference. My mom really enjoyed her lessons with him. For two years, she struggled to get her license with a special permit, but Ali's professionalism, knowledge, calm demeanor, patience, clarity, and friendliness made it possible. We couldn't be happier with the experience!
Wow, I cannot say enough about Mary. I am a nervous parent, and having a teenage driver has really upped my level of anxiety. Mary was able to help me realize that my son is a good driver, while teaching him important safety and driving expectations. He passed his driving test with 100%, no errors. I actually had to ask another employee at the DMV just to make sure lol. Mary was truly a joy to work with, and my son felt completely at ease with her. I highly recommend her!

Instructor Ali was the driving instructor I was with and he was very professional, on time, and making sure I got everything i needed to know before i get my drivers test done! I highly recommend if you’re a teen or an early adult to go with him for it’ll be worth your time.
