When I asked if he was with A1 Carpet Cleaning he said yes. Then I told him I was calling the number for Spring Carpet Cleaning. I asked him if Carlos (who is the owner of Spring Carpet Cleaning) was available. He said Carlos is on vacation but he had a guy that could help me. The first time service is very gorgeous, the 2nd service today is like a disaster and nightmare. Last time, they drove a professional van machine, today it's a small portable machine, I don't think it's professional, and gave me another 2 choices: medium cleaning $299, deep cleaning $399, I don't like to move forward. The guy's attitude at the beginning is good, since he has come, I let him do the basic cleaning, he discounted price to $250 then $200 and he promised he would clean everything, so I chose medium cleaning, but it's worse than the basic cleaning compared with the first time (at that time there's no extra cost and so many... read full review

I wish Yelp had 6 stars for this outstanding no BS, no up Selling, straight forward estimate with accurate information, arrived on time, super clean van, professional to their clean uniform. The best part, they worked on the carpet right away and even made extra effort to remove heavy traffic areas. 3 loads of filthy water later, carpet were CLEAN. Too bad they only go 50 minutes from Pomona. One of the BEST of yelp!
