Excellent experience - HIGHLY recommend. Prompt and knowledgeable response to initial inquiry. Great communication. Team arrived on time and explained everything thoroughly. We had pool tile cleaned and possibly our block retaining wall. As planned, they did a test area first to check results on the wall and we agreed to proceed. The crew was very pleasant and very professional. They didn’t waste time or energy and completed all the work quickly. The owner, Brian, arranged to personally investigate the best sealer for our retaining wall blocks and then applied it personally. We are very happy with the quality and the value for the price.
This is a first-class company. After making the call for an appointment, I received a nice telephone call and scheduled the cleaning. Before their arrival, I received a detailed outline of instructions on how to prepare for their arrival and how the process would go. Arriving at my home with a professional truck and the team of three, all dressed and presented themselves as professionals. About two hours later my pool tile was better than new. My yard was clean and clear instructions on how to manage the pool over the next 24 hours were left with me. I never felt that the team was rushing as they took care to do the job right.
